Translation: 

'개교감' means 'Communication w/ dogs' but has alternate meaning. People prefix this slang '개(dog)' as a meaning of 'so bad'. For example, '개좋아' means 'I like it so bad'. Seems HJ used this slang as a joke w/ posting a 'real dogs pix'. Lol
